Hola y Bienvenidos!

We are thrilled that you are considering joining us for a fiesta at Chilangos, To ensure that your experience with us is as smooth as a salsa dance, we kindly ask for your attention to our reservation policies:

  • Help us make your experience memorable by reserving your table in advance. (we recommend calling us at least 24 hrs prior your desired time)

  • We only take reservations for groups of 6 or more.

  • The best way to make your reservation is by calling us at 613-771-9292 during business hours.

  • Please provide us with as much details as you wish about your celebration so we can make your dinning experience unforgettable. 

  • We appreciate your trust in us and we request a valid credit card to secure your reservation.

  • We understand that life can be as unpredictable as a piñata bash. Should your plans change, we kindly ask for at least 2 hours’ cancellation notice prior to your reservation time.
     
  • In case of a last-minute change or a no-show, we regrettably must apply a fee of $50 to the credit card on file. This helps us honor our commitment to all our guests and ensures a vibrant atmosphere for everyone. 
  • For parties 6 and under we operate as first come first served basics, if the restaurant is full we will add you to our waiting list and send you a text message once your table is ready.

Please show up to your reservation on time we only hold the table for 15 min after that time we reserve the right to give the table away to an other costumer.

At this time we are only taking reservations for groups of 8 or more and are operating on a first-come first-served basis for parties under 8 guests. We believe this will give the opportunity for everyone to come and enjoy our patios.

The details on how we will operate to keep everything safe and efficient:

  • Time limit per table is 2 hours
  • Maximum 4 people per table, no tables can be moved
  • Once seated at one table you can’t change seating
  • Scan our QR code to access our menus

If at the time you arrive there are no tables available, we will take your name and cell phone number and will call you once we have a table ready. While you wait we encourage you to enjoy a stroll through the beautiful downtown or the Moira river sidewalk.

WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Here’s how it works:

  • Call ahead to make your reservation, we don’t take reservations for the same night, you must call at least four hours before your planed time of reservation.
  • Making a reservation guarantees you a spot in our restaurant no necessarily in one of our patios, it will depend on how busy we are at time of your reservation for us to assign you a table.
  • Max amount of people in one table is 8 and is only indoors; groups of 8 or bigger will be split in different tables.
  • Your party needs to be complete in order to access our premises.
  • Once inside our restaurant you must apply hand sanitizer and sign in with one of our hostess. (You must provide your name & phone number for our records as per Ontario province regulations)
  • We encourage our guest  to scan on their phone our contact less menu.
  • You must wear a mask inside our premises: while being seated, going to the restroom or exiting the building.
  • Your party will be allowed to dine in  for 1.5 hours, to allow cleaning and sanitation for the next party.
  • You can not exchange table once seated.
Note: Our last reservation our walk in is taken half-hour prior our closing time after this time we only do take out.
